Bayer’s Enable

Bayer®’s Enable is a global initiative that made the promise to act with integrity in creating a supportive and inclusive workplace for all, by creating space for employees of all diverse abilities. In light of International Disability Day, December 1st, my team worked with Bayer to create a video shedding light on employees with disabilities and their experiences.

Throughout this project, I worked directly with a video designer, directing and managing the final project. It was vital to dedicate time in the video featuring authentic responses from the interviewees, to not only communicate the impact Bayer has had on their careers, but also to educate viewers on the diverse experiences these employees have had.
